Have you been working on your “to-do” list and are feeling more overwhelmed by the day? I certainly hear you!

As business owners and professional women, we usually know what to do. We have big ideas, the drive to push our agenda forward, and the tenacity to stick with things until we get them done. However, we can often wind up off track because of the sheer volume of our great ideas and our desire to move quickly toward achieving our goals.

When we work alone (or confide in those that work for us) – we often lack the objectivity to focus on the right things. What if you had an objective third party with whom to share your ideas, goals, and priorities? What if you had someone (or a group) who would challenge you in a healthy way to stay focused on the key items that will help you achieve your highest impact goals?

If you think this could be a solution for you – let’s talk about how to get this done:

  1. Gather your goals and rank them in terms of importance and urgency. Ensure they are clear and concise, and you have a timeline established to achieve each one.
  2. Break each urgent and important goal into key milestones of activities. This will keep you focused on actions that will help you achieve this goal.
  3. Meet with a person (or group) you trust (not necessarily those in your company or friend circle) to seek an objective point of view AND ask them to help hold you accountable.
  4. Use their feedback to stay focused on the right actions to help you achieve the goals that will ensure success in your business or career.

If you like this approach but think you may have a bit of trouble putting your Accountability Partner or Accountability Group together, I have an option for you!

I am starting a program called The Accountability Gang to help other like-minded women stay focused and ensure success – individually and collectively. You’ll have access to a private group that I will moderate, I will lead monthly zoom calls to check in, get our priorities set, and celebrate the wins! We’ll plan some other ways to get together and interact AND you’ll have access to templates and other helpful videos to guide you in your planning and execution. I promise it will be affordable and worth your time and energy.

If this sounds interesting to you, please check it out here to get more information about the future launch.

In the meantime, let me know how things are going for you, and let me know the kinds of challenges you might be experiencing.

To our collective accountability,

Tina
