The holiday season can be very stressful. It’s important for us to get through them with the right energy to help us rise up to the opportunity of a new year and new possibilities.

I usually find myself stressing over all the things I haven’t gotten done or what I failed to accomplish. When I began to reframe the last months of the year in terms of celebrating everything I HAVE accomplished or the POSITIVE changes I have made in my life, I began to enjoy the holiday season with less stress.

It didn’t happen immediately – I was definitely a work-in-progress…

What can you do with the remaining weeks of 2022 to help you lean into the season with more enjoyment and less stress?

Here are some questions you can ask yourself about 2022:

  1. What are some things I planned to accomplish and completed?
  2. What are some things I didn’t plan to accomplish but managed to get done?
  3. What are some actions I took to help other people?
  4. What are some lovely things that others did for me?
  5. How was my physical and mental well-being during the year?

I firmly believe that if we all took a few minutes to review and respond to these questions, we would experience a great deal of appreciation and gratitude. When we can take a moment to reflect on those feelings, the fog and stress just seem to clear a bit.

Give it a try and let me know how it works for you…

As for me, I have been methodically planning and preparing for a fun and informative webinar series for the first quarter of 2023. I can’t wait to share these topics, tips, and techniques with you. If you are struggling with some particular issues – I’d love to hear from you!
