We created these calls to provide an opportunity for all of us to connect and share stories and provide support as we all work through this unprecedented time of health care crisis. We have been connecting regularly over the past few weeks as fellow coaches to provide this space and support for each other. We decided this weekend that there is no better time to "expand the circle" and bring more of us together to experience some level of comfort.
We are professionally trained life and wellness coaches with our own individual specialties in "normal" life. We aren't doctors, medical professionals, or public health experts. However, we do have skills in helping others cope with uncertainty, get out of their own way, break things down to manageable pieces, and center on what we can do to bring ourselves (and others) some comfort.
Every other Tuesday at 11 am PT / 12 pm MT / 1 pm CT/ 2 pm ET
We will be hosting these Community Comfort Calls on the ZOOM platform every Tuesday. Your choice to join us via either audio or video.
These calls are totally FREE. It’s one of the ways we want to give back. We won’t be selling or promoting anything. However, we are asking you to register so we can prepare for the audience and keep in touch with updated schedules and meeting links for our gatherings and/or provide information that we share on the call. We will not share your email.
